My Favorite Subject not Yours

           My first and only year here at Simon Tech was great. In that greatness, included the subject of the Amendments. We learned that The Amendments were created after the Articles of Confederation seized to work. It had no power to tax, no national executive, a unicameral legislature and most importantly no checks and Balances. Due to this the Articles of confederations was taken off and replaced with articles like Article 1 the creation of a Bicameral Legislature and Article 3 the creation of national courts. Shays rebellion were able to prove that the articles of confederation were weak. There were federalist and anti-federalist  who argued wether or not they should ratify the constitution. In the end they were replaced with the Constitution.
